You do not need any sort of over the counter treatment or prescriptions to get rid of your acne. In fact, it is highly recommended that you try an all natural approach before you use medications. Here is a list of 22 remedies to get rid of acne without treatment.
1. Eat a good diet. Make sure you eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Take a multi vitamin daily.
3. Wash your face at least once daily.
2. Eat a lot of fruits e.g. apple, pear, banana, pine apple, mango, grapes, pomegranate, and guava, etc.
3. Exercise on a regular basis like, 30 minutes brisk walking, jogging, running, bodybuilding, swimming, dancing, and basketball, etc.

15. Avoid coffee as much as you can.

20. Be happy always as it will have an impact on your lifestyle and can reduce stress.
